Senior Account Manager

My highly successful client is currently seeking for a Senior Account Manager, As the agency continues to grow by an extremely fast rate they are seeking a driven Senior Account Manager to work on some of their key clients to the business.

You will be a key contributor to the team, juggling multiple campaigns requests in an extremely organized way with a creative and strategic mind with fantastic attention to detail.

Further key responsibilities are outlined below

Running your client portfolio efficiently and cost effectively, making full and best use of status reports, status calls / meetings, monthly reports and client meetings
Forecast, track and communicate campaign successes, KPIs and return on investment
Meeting your team?s revenue target, planning for growth and for delivering on that growth
Ensuring client satisfaction within your portfolio meets or exceeds the set target
Personal Attributes

You have impeccable time management skills
You are experienced in project management theory and application
You are a superb team player, a good leader, highly organised with a strong work ethic
You will be a real lover of challenges, you relish finding creative solutions for clients
you are restless, you constantly want to improve both yourself and the work you do for your client
Understanding of Natural Search (SEO), paid search, social media, online content and analytics
You have experience using project management software to schedule work
You possess a high level of both honesty and integrity and are able to support and encourage others around you.
