Talent 84 is delighted to be working in partnership with one of North East’s most reputable training providers who are looking to appoint a Business Development Officer.
The perfect candidate will be a proactive sales professional with the ability to effectively source leads whilst building long lasting relationships with clients and will ideally have knowledge of commercial training or the construction sector.
The Role
Utilise a variety of necessary channels to generate new business (cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, face to face meeting)
Manage a sales pipeline from prospect through to close
Keep all necessary information up to date on the company CRM
Maintain and build relationships with all key stakeholders
The Person
Knowledge of commercial training, Health and Safety or the Construction sector (preferable)
Proven track record in a challenging sales environment (essential)
Excellent relationship building, communication and influencing skills
Strong team player
