The Role
The project delivery arm has been responsible for managing the design and construction of the office buildings, retail malls and associated infrastructure that make up the Canary Wharf estate.
My client is currently working on a number of Major, High SPEC Projects in the London area, all of which are at different stages of planning and construction.
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Construction Manager – Structures. Working with the Senior Construction Manager and project team, you will facilitate and oversee the work of Trade Contractors for compliance with quality and programme requirements to achieve the project goals and objectives.

About You
Do you have site based experience working on large scale structural packages within a contracting or developer organisation?
Are you fully familiar with the coordination of trade packages with the ability to process technical queries and requests for information?
Do you hold a relevant trade qualification to support proven practical experience?
Are you seeking challenges with a Construction Management or Design & Build working environment working closely with the project team to develop innovative solutions on fast track projects?

My client manages and delivers all of the Group’s construction projects in an integrated Project Manager/Main Contractor basis.
