Salary: £47,773 – £63,697 per year
Construction/Site Manager-Office Fit Out – Zurich- CHF 60-80k+++
An exciting opportunity is available to work for a fast growing Office /Fit Out company, you will be responsible for the site and ensuring professionalism onsite to see through the Fit Out phase of offices, banks and solicitors buildings.
You will be expected to manage the site and work within the project, implementing strategies to make the Fit Outs run efficiently and smoothly. You will need to ensure the delivery and storage of equipment is organised and make sure all health, safety, and environment checks are all adhered to. You will be communicating with a range of subcontractors, clients, suppliers, the surrounding work force and the public, therefore must be fluent in English and German and have excellent customer service skills.
