We are an established business, founded over 11 years ago with a very successful track record. Due to growth we are looking to recruit a graduate or ambitious individual that wants to learn the Recruitment industry and build a career. Focusing predominantly on digital marketing, this would suit someone confident, personable with an interest in marketing and ideally some customer service or sales experience. You will receive great training and be part of a flexible fast paced environment with uncapped earning potential. We have a superb buoyant client base and this role will focus on the candidate side, networking, interviewing, sourcing and building relationships, and handling the recruitment process.

Main Duties

* Sourcing candidates through effective headhunting and networking methods

* Management of stakeholder and candidate expectations

* Thorough screening of suitable applicants

* Arranging of interviews and diary management

* Timely, thorough, and professional communication with candidates

* Provision of interview feedback

* Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements

* Strategic contingency recruitment to create a strong pipeline of talent

Skills and Attributes

* Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills

* Personable, able to build strong rapports with candidates and colleagues

* Highly organised with the ability to multi-task

* Keen attention to detail

* Have a positive attitude ready to work in a busy environment

* Ideally have a degree or some sales or client service experience
