Duties to include:
* Create, lead and manage an ever-evolving team promoting continual development against industry recognised accreditations.
* Performing regular reviews and on-going performance management.
* Managing and resolving any escalated customer complaints, ensuring the customer is treated in line with the company standards.
* Complete reporting, root cause sourcing and analysis to improve existing systems and processes.
* Internal and external company SLA reporting and management.
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Proven experience as Team Leader/ Manager within a customer service environment
* Ability to manage a demanding workload
* Strong understanding of IT systems and their benefits
* Working knowledge of MS Office
* Showcase passion and enthusiasm for what you do
* Positive mentality
* Eager to promote best standards
