Salary: £26,000 per year
My client is a top law firm and their team in Wills and Probate need a Client Advisor who can ensure great customer service and an integral part of the team.
You will need good client liaison experience – it does not have to be in a legal firm but if you do that would be appreciated.
You will be helping to build relationships with clients – both new and existing by regular contact and responding to their queries.
You will support the Legal Advisors by ensuring their diaries are up to date and meetings are noted – especially when they are rearranged!
You will answer incoming calls with warmth and profressionalism
You will ensure the client management system is kept up todate.
You will bring to the role:

Good communication skill – able to listen, understand and advise clients (obviously training will be given)
Good with the detail

It’s Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with good benefits.
