Salary: £26,400 – £30,000 per year
TSG Building Services Plc. is a fast expanding, family run, multi-disciplined building services company with contracts all over the South East. There are five divisions within the company; Servicing & Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction and Renewables.
We are now looking to increase our Customer Service Team and currently have 3 vacancies for Resident Liaison Officers on various social housing contracts in the London area. Two roles will be based in North West London and one role in South West London.
Providing effective liaison between client, residents and site staff, your main duties for these roles will include:
Developing positive relations with tenants in order to provide information and support during maintenance programmes.
Giving a clear understanding of works to be carried out in tenants properties and arrange start dates/appointments and monitor access to individual properties.
Ensuring tenant satisfaction is achieved by monitoring customer complaints and resolving any issues as quickly as possible
Helping determine the appropriate action to be taken in respect of complaints/third party claims liaising with Head Office and relevant Contracts Managers.
Participating in meetings on the works carried out with clients, site staff and other stakeholders
Meeting with relevant Housing Association/Council’s RLO or tenant representatives on a regular basis to discuss any issues.
Dealing with any queries and complaints when required in a professional and appropriate manner.
We are looking for someone who has had previous resident liaison experience working with housing associations/councils in a similar role. You will need to have:
Good general computer skills including excel.
Be very diplomatic with excellent interpersonal skills.
Mobile as there will be a fair amount of travelling involved.
An up to date clean driving licence.
A DBS Check is also required.
