Telephone Business Development Manager

Salary: £30,000 – £90,000 per year

Our Financial Services client are looking to recruit Telephone Business Develop Manager on a fulltime permanent basis. This role is based in the Swansea office. You will be responsible for promoting the business to new and prospective brokers within the Swansea area, promoting company events including webinar and face to face along with creating, maintaining and developing new and existing broker relationships. This role will involve telephone work as well as online meetings but in the future face to face meetings. As part of the role you will manage the existing clients in and around the Swansea area but keeping in regular contact with them to maintain existing relationships. This role is definitely a varied sales role where you will cold call as well as account manage customers. The company are seeing a prolonged period of growth and so now is the right time to join an expanding business.

To be considered for this role our client is looking for someone with ideally a sales background however they are willing to train the successful candidate if they can demonstrate a passion for sales.
