HR Advisor

Salary: £26,000 per year

THE ROLE
Working as part of a small team providing HR advice and guidance, maintaining and analysing management information, providing HR process and procedural advice whilst ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all areas.

An excellent opportunity to be involved in all areas of HR, write policies, understand policies and procedures and have excellent ER knowledge and advice, deal with all areas of HR queries in a fast-paced, busy working environment. The HR enquiries that you will be dealing with cover all areas of HR from recruitment, point of offer, contracts, absence, disciplinary advice, benefits, general employment knowledge, contractual queries, maintaining and managing information and providing accurate and ad hoc reports, analysis and recommendations.

THE PERSON
This role will suit an Advisor who has good ER knowledge and a strong HR generalist background. Someone happy to work in a fast-paced environment on site. Ideally, some experience of working in an HR dept within distribution, warehousing would be great, but we are open. All staff are on-site; therefore, it gives you an excellent opportunity to build relationships and engagement levels. Five days on-site.

Must have experience in Employee Relations and HR casework (essential).
Knowledge or experience of HR Systems.
In-depth knowledge of IT (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
Experience in providing advice & guidance to Managers / Supervisors etc.
CIPD Level 5 ideally.
