All about the role

Location – field based with one day from home or office

As a Territory Manager for Walsall & West Bromwich, you will be fully accountable for the development and growth of your areas, driving both consumer choice and activated takeaway restaurants to maximise Just Eat orders. You will also act as a trusted advisor to our partners in your territory. 

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Maximise the potential of existing restaurants through building significant and mutually beneficial commercial relationships.

• Provide relevant solutions to Restaurant Partners looking to grow their consumer orders, as well as increasing average order values through the platform

• Improve and diversify consumer choice by acquiring popular restaurants across all cuisine types, therefore growing the network of restaurants in your area

• Educate restaurant partners to provide the best possible customer service and experience to their Just Eat Takeaway(JET) consumers, ensuring they are encouraged to return to our platform and place future orders

• Prioritise order growth, via activated restaurants, as the measure of success and mentor restaurant partners on the vital steps to achieve this in their business

• Use internal platforms (Salesforce, Restaurant Manager) to identify key opportunities for growth and find opportunities to drive personal efficiencies

• Deploy an analytical approach with restaurant partner performance data to drive the most effective activities with each restaurant in order to improve their growth
