Learning and Development Officer

Salary: £32,400 – £36,000 per year

JOB TITLE: Learning and Development Officer
COMMUTABLE FROM: Doncaster, Wakefield, Sheffield, Rotherham, Scunthorpe, Leeds, Selby, Pontefract, Barnsley, Worksop, Gainsborough
SHIFT PATTERN: Monday – Friday days (8am – 4:30pm)
SALARY AND BENEFITS:

COMPANY INFORMATION: Our Client is a leading manufacturer in the Yorkshire area that currently have a large number of contracts in place with major retail brands.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
* CIPD Level 5 advantageous.
* Previous experience in the creation, delivery, and evaluation of innovative L&D solutions
* A good level of commercial awareness and impact of L&D on the business
* Proven track record in an administration role dealing with employees, clients, and training partners on a daily basis
* Good communication skills
ROLE INFORMATION:
The Learning and Development Officer will be responsible for, Designing, developing and evaluating a variety of learning interventions based on the needs of the various functions across the business.
* Design, develop and evaluate a variety of learning interventions based on the needs of the various functions across the business using a blended approach.
* Evaluate and assess training, making improvements where necessary.
* Manage, develop, and deliver the Induction programme for all new employees.
* Provide Learning and Development support across the business; both virtually and classroom based.
* Develop and maintain positive internal relationships with key stakeholders across the Group.
* Create and maintain training and skills records on relevant internal and/or external systems
* Complete any required admin around training and development.
