We are seeking experienced exam invigilators to run our CIPD examinations in the following areas:
London
Leeds
Birmingham
Bristol
Edinburgh
Manchester

Key responsibilities are as follows;
– To check on the day of the exam that all venue requirements have been met including:
correct and clear signage
adequate seating
drinking water provided for delegates
Health & Safety compliance
– To accurately complete the exam register
– To fully explain examination procedures to candidates
– To distribute and collect examination papers according to the awarding body`s regulations
– To pass examination papers to the assigned courier according to the awarding body`s regulations

Invigilators are paid for 5 hours (6 hours in London)
Exam times are always a 9.50 am start with a 1.00 pm finish. Invigilators are normally expected to be at the venue by 9.00 am at the latest, and will be finished by 2.00pm taking into account any special requirements where learners are allowed extra time

The dates for the 2016 exams are as follows:
26th January 2016
28th January 2016
24th May 2016
26th May 2016
27th September 2016
29th September 2016
