V-Recruit are excited to be working in partnership with one of the UKs most forward thinking, recognised and respected Multi-Academy Trusts to recruit a Permanent Exams & Assessment Officer for one of their Secondary academies, based in Sheffield.

This is a permanent role

37 hours per week, 52 Weeks Per Year

£26,619.6 – £27,696 per annum

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.

Your overall responsibility will be to ensure the accurate management and running of all examinations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate pupil tracking of key assessment data, thereby assisting the Senior Leadership Team and Curriculum Leaders in raising standards within teaching and learning.

You will be supported by a highly skilled Senior Data & Exams Manager to manage all internal and external examinations and maintenance of accurate student records.

The successful candidate will be a highly organised and experienced administrator. You must have excellent communication skills with the ability to remain composed in a busy environment. Strong IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Office, are essential and experience of SIMS would be a strong advantage, although training can be provided in all aspects of the role.

You will be a team player and be willing to provide administrative support to other areas of the school function as and when required, and will also line manage the academy’s Exams & Assessment Assistant. Owing to the nature of the role, an ability to relate to the academy’s students is crucial.
