Procurement Manager – Fresh Produce

Salary: £26,000 per year

We are working with a highly respected grower/importer in the fresh produce industry. Passion is not just a buzz word in this company, it drives everything they do. As a result of a rapidly expanding international supply base and excellent category growth, they now wish to source an experienced Procurement Manager for their business.

This role will be reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for all product procurement, planning, programming, budgets and last but not least, waste management.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years procurement experience in the fresh produce industry. The skill sets required include a strong negotiator, someone able to plan and organise their day with a good eye for detail, and an excellent communicator. The successful individual will have the ambition, drive and ability to develop the business and truly shape its future.
