Supply Planning Analyst

As a Supply Planning Analyst, your role will be to support the supply planning process for the business category, analysing the flow of planning data and demand reviews to support the delivery of the operations and logsitcs strategy across supply chain.

Your role will involve:

• Supporting the supply planning process for the business category – including the monthly strategic planning process and the weekly tactical planning process
• Analysing required planning data for operational and logistical programmes and support time-phased plans detailing product format, volume and revenue & margin value, enabling portfolio, sales and capability estimation
• Support the weekly planning process, managing and analysing all master data such as run rate, changeover times etc
• Support and analyse the reporting of supply planning activity e.g cost, margin & volume tracking, capability performance and critical supply chain resource management
• Support and deputise the preparation and facilitation agenda for weekly ITP Capacity meetings with the operations and logistics teams
• As required, attend necessary meetings relating to the successful completion of operational and logistical activities, e.g. operations/logistics meetings, network/supplier meetings, or fulfilment/scheduling/procurement meetings
• Support front line teams as required to support delivery of operations and logistics activities

Here at Bristol we are the UK’s leading producer of Chilled Sauces & Soups! From our site we supply over 37% of the UKs chilled sauces and 20% of the country’s chilled soups to both Sainsburys & Asda.

Here in Consett, we have a team of around 280 colleagues. We produce a range of chilled ready meals for some of the UK’s leading retailers, including Co-op, Sainsbury’s and Weight Watchers.

Here at Crosby, we have a team of around 300 colleagues. We produce sushi for some of the biggest retailers in the UK including Asda, Aldi, Co-op, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s.

Here at Heathrow, we are a growing team with around 450 colleagues. We produce chilled & hot eat Food for Now products including salads, sandwiches & wraps, Protein Pots & snacking. As well as Food for Later products such as ready meals & sides for some of the biggest retailers in the UK including Amazon Fresh, Asda, Aldi, Co-op, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s.

Our site in Kiveton employs over 600 and is the largest quiche bakery, producing more than 42 million quiche each year along with a wide range of ready meals and soups.

Here at Leeds we make just over 40% of all UK frozen Yorkshire puddings; making us one of the UK’s largest suppliers of frozen Yorkshire puddings to Asda, Morrisons & Tesco to name a few!

Here at Manton Wood, we have a team of around 1,700 colleagues. We produce sandwiches and wraps for some of the biggest retailers in the UK including Co-op, Asda, Morrisons, Boots, Aldi and Lidl.

Our Manton Wood site has a gym, restaurant with hot food and a staff shop available to all our colleagues.

Here at Northampton, we operate one of the most impressive facilities in Europe, based across a campus of 5 manufacturing units, and we have a team of around 2,000 colleagues making high quality premium products every day. We are the sole supplier of sandwiches, wraps, rolls and sushi for Marks & Spencer.

Here at Park Royal, we have a team of around 1,150 colleagues. We produce sandwiches, wraps and platters for some of the biggest retailers in the UK including Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Morrisons, Co-op, Spar, Wilko, Sutherlands, Iceland and Poundland.

Here at Selby we employ a team over 750 colleagues. A site steeped in history, we are the UK’s number one manufacturer of customer private label cooking sauces and pickles. We have been serving our customers out of our Selby site since 1914.

We produce more than 160 million units per year across 600 different product lines for customers such as Morrisons, Tesco & Asda

We produce coleslaw, potato salad, salad bar bulk products (2kg), pasta salads and couscous/grains for some of the biggest retailers in the UK including Morrisons, Co-op, Asda, Aldi, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, KFC, Nando’s, Pizza Hut and Costco. Our Spalding site has a restaurant with hot food available to all our colleagues.

Our Warrington site is also known as the Italian centre of excellence, recent expansion and investment make this site a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit! We produce high quality Italian ready meals for both Tesco & Co-Op

Here at Wisbech, we have a team of 450 colleagues and manufacture premium chilled ready to cook meals for major retailers such as Asda and Co-op.
