Location: Alfreton Road, Derby

£8.57 plus the opportunity to achieve team and individual monthly bonus delivering a realistic OTE of circa £15,000+ (equivalent £26,000 per year)

Average 31.25 hours per week on rota

* Week 1 – 8.45am to 3.45pm – Monday to Friday
* Week 2 – 3.30-10.00pm – Monday to Friday

The role
Due to current demand the Pentagon Group are expanding their Inbound Internet Sales Team.

As an Online Customer Advisor you will join a small team in an exciting and varied role that’d be perfect for someone motivated by technology, passionate about customer satisfaction and eager to learn new skills. Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer enquiries relating to vehicles, products and services.
* Communicating with customers according to their preferred method of communication (e.g. Live Chat, telephone, email).
* Responding to internet, Live Chat and telephone enquiries quickly and efficiently.
* Directing customers to product/services information resources, including those available on the Internet.

What you’ll need
* Previous customer service or telesales experience.
* Knowledge of email and its etiquette.
* Working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel.
* High standard of communication skills with the ability to build a rapport over the telephone/digital media.
* A ‘can do’ attitude to daily work and tasks.
