Business Development Manager Field Sales Executive

Salary: £60,000 – £120,000 per year

Successful field based Solutions Sales Executive, experienced in on / over target achievement of new business sales of software solutions is sought by a market leader in payroll and related solutions. You will sell payroll and also HCM software solutions to medium sized UK companies with an international presence. You will have the support of strong lead generation, great marketing, pre-sales consultancy, exceptional company track record and referenceable existing clients. Good base salary and overall package. Can be based in any UK location.

You must have:

* a track record of achievement in the sale of software solutions

* knowledge of payroll solutions essential (and HR or T&A solutions a plus)

* drive and motivation to win new business sales in organisations of 200 to 5000 employees in varied industry sectors

* negotiated, demonstrated software, closed business in a field sales role

In this role you will:

* sell Payroll and HR software solutions to SME clients with a UK HQ and international operations

* develop leads provided by marketing and lead gen and ustilise pre sales resources to close new business

* present to prospects at all levels including HR Directors, Finance Directors, CEOs, payroll managers and other influencers
