An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of Call Centre Advisors based in London to join one of the country`s most respected charity sector call centres. Offering full time, part time or flexible hours available this opportunity can be perfect to work around other commitments. With a calling floor that doesn`t feel like a call centre but a place where brilliant motivated people come to work.
As a Call Centre Advisor your duties will include:
• Welcome Calls to new donors
• Outbound upgrade and retention calls to existing donators on behalf some of the world`s best known charities.
An ideal Call Centre Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Have call centre experience, within Sales, Customer Service, Market research or Fund Raising would be an advantage.
• To be able to build up rapport easily.
• Clear unbroken English.
• Many of the best agents come from a Drama, Acting or Performance backgrounds because of the high level communication required and experience in working with scripts.
• Be a confident and well spoken speaker.
• Experience in public speaking.
This role will be working up to 37.5 hours per week. Flexible hours available – minimum of 17.5 hours per week.
The following shifts are available:
• Weekdays- 1pm – 4:30pm and 5pm – 8:30pm
• Weekends – 11am – 2:30pm and 3pm – 6:30pm
In return you will receive a Salary: £26,000per year Basic Pay plus Incentives.
This is an excellent opportunity for progression, 90% of senior management roles have progressed from call centre agents.
