Call Centre Advisors – Nottingham (Temp to Perm)

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for Call Centre Advisors in Nottingham!

Due to continued growth, our client a leading energy provider are looking for a number of Call Centre Advisors to join their new and expanding Customer Service teams in Nottingham. You’ll initially work for Manpower on a temporary basis but there’s opportunity to become a permanent employee.

* £26,000 progressing to £8.85 after 12 weeks with the scope to progress to £26,000 per year (£14,273 – £19,779 pro rata on hours worked) + qualification for annual bonus scheme
* Annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays)
* There are good transport links and local free parking, an on-site canteen serving hot and cold food and free drinks vending machines

As a Call Centre Advisor you will be responsible for speaking with customers in relation to a variety of queries such as helping a customer with an outstanding debt and working with them to resolve this, helping customers who have raised a complaints and working with them towards a resolution or general customer queries.

The role is extremely rewarding and satisfaction can be taken from offering new or existing customers a world class service and knowing that every call you have is making a real difference.

You’ll need to be flexible to work between 8am to 8pm Monday – Friday and 8am to 6pm on Saturdays. Working hours require a degree of flexibility as these will be dictated by real business needs.
