£40,800 – £43,200 pa + sales commission (up to £7,000 pa) + bonus (c.15-20% of salary)

Working remotely initially then based from offices in the South West London area

THE ROLE
You main responsibility will be to lead an Inside Sales team whilst carrying out the following duties:
* Responsible for the day to day management of the Inside Sales Team to drive them to meet and exceed targets
* Work with the Sales Team Leaders to set quarterly goals and objectives and ben responsible for performance reviews
* Identify training needs and work with the team to coach them in their development
* Host weekly Inside Sales meetings
* Make recommendations to management for business, process and procedure development
* Assist with the recruitment, selection and training of new Account Managers
* Minimal account management responsibilities
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
* Previous experience in sales or account management is essential within a commercial environment
* Experience as a Team Leader is a preference but not essential
* Additional European language skills are an advantage
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Pro-active approach
SALARY
£40,800 – £43,200pa + sales commission (c. £7,000 per year) + bonus (c. 15-20% of basic salary) plus fantastic benefits including 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, excellent pension and private medical insurance, subsidised gym membership etc
