Junior Administrator

Salary: £26,000 – £28,080 per year

With offices throughout the UK, we have experienced real growth in the last 5 years, supporting some of the UKs largest construction projects including HS2, Hinkley Point C and Heathrow Terminal 5 expansion.

We are looking to recruit an experienced senior administrator/recruitment assistant to join our team in Leeds, previous experience working in the recruitment is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. You will be working Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30, working alongside an existing and established team.

Duties include:
* Advertising job roles
* CV searching and database searches for suitable candidates

*Calling candidates to assess suitability for job roles/telephone screening
* Administration and compliance (references, qualification, RTW checks etc)
* Onsite visits with the recruitment manager to assist with inductions, checking workers in and client and candidate visiits
* Payroll checking

The person:
* Previous experience in recruitment preffered(not essential)
* Able to build relationships with candidates and clients
* Positive/Ambitious & Energetic
* Able to work well in a team
* Own transport preferred but not essential

*Highly organised – ability to multi task
