Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Salary: £26,000per year(dependant on experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join a progressive company and work closely with their Service Department to provide a high level of support to various technical departments. This role would suit someone with good administration and customer service skills who is looking to join an organisation that can offer excellent career prospects.

The Role:

Reporting to the UK Sales Administration Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator will provide pro-active and efficient after sales administration support to the service department.

Responsibilities:

Inputting service orders on to the computerised system
Placing telephone spare part orders
Managing the workload in the Service Department
Tracking of repairs from arrival through to despatch
Dealing with after sales support telephone calls
Dealing with queries regarding prices and stock availability and return of service orders
Basic first line technical support
Raising invoices for all spare part sales and service repairs
Raising order confirmations
Checking back-orders
Issuing proforma invoices as required
Basic reception duties including post and photocopying

Who we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate will have previous customer services and administration experience (experience of working in a technical support role would be a distinct advantage). You will be a good communicator and possess excellent problem solving skills.
