1st & 2nd Fix Builders

Multi Skilled Builders required for a property developer in South West, South East and Central London.

Our clients experienced team is focused primarily on finding properties within London.

Their knowledge and understanding of the market along with their extensive experience in developing ensures that each of the sites acquired for development creates a highly desirable finished project and are looking for skilled builders to join their team for the long term.

You must have some or all of the following skills and experience:
•General first fix building skills
•Carpentry
•Plastering

Experience working on property renovation would be an advantage as would be working on high end properties/buildings.

This is a full time permanent position with a guaranteed income and all the benefits that go with it i.e holiday pay, sickness pay etc. Several positions available for the right candidates to stay for the long term and grow and drive the company forward. There is also very good opportunity for progression to a site manager’s position.

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm
Every other Saturday

Salary:
Up to £600 per week gross (depending on skills)

Probation Period:
1st month will be a probation period and salary for this month will be £600gross per week
Hours remain the same
