Salary: £26,000 per year
Currently recruiting for a 1st/2nd line support role in York.
Working on a busy Service desk supporting organisations UK wide.
About the role:
* Working in York
* 1st / 2nd line IT hardware / Software support
* Shifts – 8.5 hour shifts between 8am – 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am – 1pm and then get half day in lieu
* potentially starting immediately
* Full training provided
* 18k base with other benefits included
What they are looking for:
* Candidates must have a 1st/2nd line support background
* Must have experience supporting IT hardware / software via the telephone and remote support
* Microsoft certifications and supporting Epos hardware will be of an advantage
