Recruitment Resourcer

Salary: £26,000 per year

Ignite are looking for Recruitment Resourcer to join us on a permanent basis. The main part of this role will be to resource candidates to work for our clients.

We are rapidly expanding company based in Enfield.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED AS FULL TRAINING WOULD BE PROVIDIED

Your main job roles will be:

* Registering candidates on our online portal and face to face as and when needed

* Contacting candidates for work

* Searching through our internal database for the relevant candidates to suit the job

* Writing and posting job adds

* Going through the jobs adds and reading CV’s fishing out the relevant CV’s

* Contacting the candidates and perform phone interview to establish the experience they have

* Adhering to right to work policies and compliance

* CV searching for candidates

* General administration duties

* Editing and helping candidates write CV’S as and when needed

* Being able to work fast and fill vacancies

* General customer service duties (answering phones, emails, making calls)

To be successful for this role you must be:

* Very hard working and punctual

* Must be able to work fast and prioritise certain jobs

* Must be proactive

* Must have great attention to detail

* Be very thorough

* Great customer service skills

* Fantastic on the phone

* Strong admin skills

* Must be a team player

* Recruitment or resourcing experience is preferable but not essential

* Ideally someone with ambition to become a Recruitment Consultant themselves

This is an immediate start

You will get a good Salary: £26,000 per yeardepending on your experience a year plus BONUS’S
