Outbound Sales Professional

Due to expansion, an opportunity has arisen for additional Outbound Sales Professionals to become part of our Clients successful team based at premises at junction 28 of the M1.

We are looking for experienced sales professionals from call centre environments who want to take their personal challenges to the next level. The role is a combination of sales, relationship management and aftercare. You will work with senior decision makers in organisations to secure apprenticeship vacancies. From here you will identify candidates and offer coaching and support as they progress with their career journey, from interview and successful placement to the commencement of their apprenticeship.

You must have at least 1 year’s continuous experience in an outbound sales call centre, with cold calling experience. You should be able to demonstrate the achievement of targets and KPI’s and therefore be constantly motivated and tenacious. A background in recruitment would be ideal for this role, but is not essential.

You must be able to build a rapport and relationships with clients and candidates alike and be confident in liaising with young people. You may be asked to represent the organisation at careers fairs and networking events from time to time and therefore you should be professional with a smart business appearance.
