EARNINGS: £26,000 per year + Bonuses

Successful candidates will work on a self-employed basis as the Field Sales Agent (Collector – Collections Representative) and will be given an existing client base to manage and develop, so you will start earning commission from day one.

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates that want to work as the Field Sales Agent (Collector – Collections Representative) must live within a 10 mile radius of Winsford so you can cover your territory effectively. Candidates must also have a full UK drivers licence.

JOB OVERVIEW | Field Sales Agent (Collector – Collections Representative)

We have an excellent opportunity for someone that likes selling, has fantastic customer service skills and enjoys interacting with their customers.

Working for one of the UK’s specialist and well-respected consumer finance providers, you will provide a valued service to your client base, offering a range of financial services from:

The Company will provide training in all the required areas.

Successful applicants will be required to visit an established client base at their homes on a weekly basis to collect payments, pay out loans and offer additional credit. This will be accomplished by making responsible lending decisions, complying with financial, legal and regulatory guidelines.

IDEAL CANDIDATES

• Ideal candidates will ideally have previous experience working in some sort of selling field based role such as selling Insurance, working as a Mortgage Advisor, Estate Agent, Lettings Agent, in Media, Utilities (Gas / Electric), Solar Energy, other Door to Door roles such as selling Avon Cosmetics, Kleeneze, Betterware, Double Glazing etc.

• Any previous experience in either the Home Credit industry or a background in Finance / Financial Services would be highly desirable, although not essential as full training will be provided.

• Working as a Field Sales Representative (Collector – Collections Agent) you will be required to have excellent customer service skills with the desire to provide a first class consumer finance service

• Successful candidates will receive full training

DUTIES

• Visit customers at their homes on a weekly basis to collect payments, pay out loans and provide additional finance

• Sell products from Company Hire Purchase brochure and deliver or arrange the delivery of these products

• Generate new business using support materials (e.g. ‘Recommend a friend’ leaflets) and looking for reloans, new customer introductions and Hire Purchase deals

• Organise and control your territory and its customers, ensuring every call is visited every week

• Develop effective long term relationships with customers and spend as much time as possible with them

• Keep arrears to a minimum by exercising strong and decisive credit control
