Internal Recruiter

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Internal Recruiter to join our client based in Guildford.

The successful Internal Recruiter will be responsible for:

• Responding to applications, reviewing CV’s and shortlisting candidates
• Conducting candidate screening calls
• Proactively utilising resources such as LinkedIn and other job boards to source, headhunt and approach potential candidates
• Overseeing the preparation of job descriptions and create job board advertisements
• Regularly monitoring of job boards to ensure vacancies are up to date
• Arranging interviews which may include liaising with recruitment agencies

The Internal Recruiter will have:

• Experience working in recruitment
• An understanding of recruitment and attraction methods
• Exceptional communication skills both verbally and via email
• Good organisational skills with an ability to prioritise
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence using MS Office with a particular focus on Excel and Word
