We are in search for an International Aviation Contract recruiter based in the Exeter area.

Someone that thrives working in a fast-paced environment and enjoys speaking to people over the phone.

The business is an international Aviation & Aerospace, Defence – and Space recruitment and staffing organisation providing Temporary, Permanent & Headhunting hiring solutions.

Created in 2016 by industry professionals, they work with the world’s largest and most reputable Aircraft MRO’s (Maintenance Repair & Overhaul), Manufactures, Airlines, Operators, OEM’s, Airports, Rotary, Logistics, VIP & Business, Military & Defence Companies & Regulatory Authorities etc.

Responsibilities:

* Advertise vacancies and use social media, LinkedIn, database etc to find candidates

* Receive and review applications, manage interviews and create a shortlist of candidates for the client

* Discuss and possibly negotiate pay and salary rates

* Engage with contractors regularly and assist with queries from department internally

* Working towards exceeding targets relating to the number of candidates placed.

* Work closely alongside your team leader/business manager to understand the projects and requirements.

* This role does not involve bringing in new business
