Clerk of Works – Electrical Services Specilaism

Salary: £360 per day

TXM Recruit are partnered with a highly respected Consultancy who are urgently looking for a Clerk of Works to support the final stage of construction for one of their high profile Healthcare projects based in Brighton.

3 months minimum

The project:

• Brighton hospital project
• Works require inspecting the final parts of a hospital building with 1,800 rooms 
• Project value – £450m
• To complete the last year of construction works within a great team
• Located in their Brighton office 4-5 days a week

About you: 

• Degree in Construction / Project Management or similar 
• Previous experience as a Clerk of Works required although these will be quality inspections so less Building Regulations knowledge required
• Must have healthcare experience / Finishing woks and major project £100m+
• Someone that has a good eye for detail, can read drawings and specs
• IT literate, particularly FieldView
