Senior Quantity Surveyor required – £20mil residential scheme

I’m representing a top contractor with a turnover in excess of £250mil. They are a London based firm who focus on a variety of projects with an average value of £20mil. They cover new build, refurbishment as well as fit out and focus on the commercial, student accommodation, education and residential sectors including mixed use and high spec schemes.

My client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) to come in and run a £20mil new build residential scheme in South West London. You will be the lead Senior QS with an Intermediate and/or Assistant Quantity Surveyor working underneath you. You will in turn report into a Commercial Manager who will visit on occasion but would expect you to run the job with full autonomy. This job is part of their own development division.
