Construction Build Manager – Mobile Telecoms

Contract Manager / Site Build Manager / Construction Manager with mobile telecoms site experience required in Kent.

Our client is a growing telecommunications consultancy with specialist knowledge and experience in the fields of site acquisition, estates management, town & country planning, site design and site construction.

Since being formed in 1993, the company has operated throughout the United Kingdom and has worked for a number of blue chip companies including Orange (Everything Everywhere), T-Mobile (MBNL), O2 (Cornerstone), Vodafone and other Code Operators.

Essential

Proven design and build experience within the Mobile Telecoms environment.

Sound Civil, Structural, rigging or electrical design and contractor management experience gained from mobile telecoms industry.

Good IT skills (Word, Excel)

Full Driving License & happy to drive long distances

Good communication and organisation skills

Rooftop and RF approved training certification

Have experience of Telecoms site build delivery

Desirable

Certified advanced tower climber & tower rescue

Experience with Autocad

Working knowledge of H&S laws and CDM Regulations

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

* Attending site surveys and completion of reports

* Overseeing build / construction for all site types
* Managing the production of planning and detail design drawings
* Liaising with clients and contractors
* Attending close out surveys and producing completion reports including as built information
