Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year
Syntec Projects is a fast-growing construction company based in West London. We are a friendly, team orientated company looking for an exceptional Construction Site Manager.
The Ideal candidate would have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a Site Manager on High End Residential refurbishments and/or new build construction projects from inception to completion. They would be hardworking, organised and flexible. The position is permanent.
Basic Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience in refurbishment, new build, retail and commercial works from concept to completion
• Track record in managing multi trades on refurbishment and new builds with high end finishes
• Used to working to tight deadlines and understands construction programmes
• Fully conversant with current Building Regulations & Methods
• Confident in reading drawings and blueprints
• Conversant in Health & Safety/Fire regulations
• Good communicator at all levels of business
• Able to be flexible in a demanding environment
• Capable and willing to learn new skills
• Conversant with MSP project and be able to understand It
Desirable qualifications and certificates:
• at least NVQ 2 or equivalent
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• FIRST AID
• FIRE MARSHALL
• PASMA
• First Aid 3 day course
