Recruitment Consultant Apprentice

The Apprentice Recruitment Consultant’s role is demanding and diverse and will involve:

*General administrative and office duties
*Advertising vacancies appropriately to various Jobsites including our own
*Managing job applications for recruiters and clients
*Developing a good understanding of our clients, their industries and what they do
*Identifying and contacting suitable applicants
*Preparing CV’s
*Organising candidate registrations.

We are looking for an ambitious individual who strives to get on and perform in whatever challenge they have been given. The successful candidate needs to be confident with using the phone and communicating with people across all levels.

The ideal apprentice needs to have a confident telephone manner, have good IT skillsand be reliable and committed and in return this role offers excellent opportunities within the recruitment industry.

40 hours between Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

At any time in the apprenticeship the applicant will train into full time Recruitment Consultant with full range of commission available.
