Experienced Manager needed to lead a Care Home with well- established team that supports 12 residents with learning disabilities in Swindon.

You have experience running a Care Home and supporting people with similar needs.
You have Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
You pride with the level of care you and your team provide
You continuously improve
You will be able to demonstrate a good understanding surrounding the Mental Capacity Act and DoLs
You are a natural leader and motivate others, work as part of a team and strive for excellence
