THE COMPANY:
This company is a well established Building Services Contractor based in Nottingham. They have been established for over 20 years and have a reputation for delivering successful projects to clients across the UK. They specialise in High-end residential projects, healthcare projects and education. They are now looking to add to their team by recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to take over this responsibility from the Managing Director.
THE ROLE:
Within this role, you will be overseeing the installation of mechanical services by sub contractors. This will include all HVAC systems, new mains pipework, pressurisation systems, control valves, cooling pipework, hydraulics and drainage. Your role will require you to be working on projects ranging in value from £800K to £5 Million across a number of different sectors but largely for Ministry of Justice (MoJ) sites. You will be involved in client meetings, tender adjudications, tender submittal, post tender review and assisting colleagues with technical enquiries.
THE PERSON:
To be considered for this role, you need to have excellent client liaison skills and a keen eye for detail. Someone with commercial and industrial experience, with a demonstratable history of working within the Mechanical Building Services sector. Someone who is used to working on multiple projects at the same time with values ranging from £1 Million upwards,
