Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year
Assistant Quantity Surveyor / QS required. My client is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 1 years + experience of working within an Assistant QS role. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified within a construction discipline and living in the North West. The role will require weekly travel to a site in Bournemouth and you will be required to stay away for 2-3 nights per week.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry and keen to develop their career with a leading construction and development company.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor / QS Position Overview
* Assist with the management of projects
* Preparing tender and contract documents this will include bills of quantities.
* Abide by the company’s regulations and health and safety procedure.
* Work closely alongside the Senior QS
* Minimum 3 days a week will be spent on site in Bournemouth.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor / QS Position Requirements
* Degree or equivalent in Construction
* Willingness to travel and stay away up to 3 nights per week
* Projects are all large Student Accommodation developments
* Minimum of 1 years’ experience in QS role
