Working for a leading property management company, main duties will include the promotion of managed service office space in a busy city centre location.
Activities will include Business to Business sales, marketing, cold calling and following up on warm leads to generate appointments on site. Further responsibilities will include conducting face to face viewings, negotiation of services and business rates and closing deals. You will also be tasked with developing existing relationships to retain current contracts and support the management team as required.
Applicants must have sales or customer service experience as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work to targets.
Benefits include performance related bonus and 28 days holiday.
Hours – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
