Our client, a hospice charity, is currently recruiting for a strategically minded ecommerce and retail specialist who will be responsible for managing their sales operation, delivering new growth and maximising their multi-channel sales.
You will oversee the development of the Trading department strategy and ensure key objectives are met and profit targets achieved. A part of this, you will use your buying expertise to purchase profitable product ranges, create marketing strategies and forecast product demand.
This is a pivotal role and the post holder will have a direct influence in the growth of our clients’ retail operation and make a real difference to one of their key income sources.
The ideal candidate will have successful experience of managing a profitable ecommerce and retail business and strategic skills within this sector. You will be able to successfully manage suppliers, create marketing campaigns and achieve challenging targets. A strong negotiator you will be highly numerate with strong financial management team, ensuring profit margins remain high.
