Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year
Assistant Quantity Surveyor Required: Quantity Surveyor required for our client based in Cheshire. Our client specialises in Groundworks and Civil Engineering. This opportunity is for a QS with Civil Engineering experience, ideally degree qualified or HND/HNC qualified in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. The most successful individual will ideally have experience of working for a Subcontractor as opposed to a main contractor.
The most suitable QS will be enthusiastic and hardworking, paying close attention to detail when working on different projects.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
* Preparing tender and contract documents, this will include bills of quantities with the client.
* Performing risk, value management and cost control.
* Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations in the UK
* Preforming Value management and cost control.
* Arranging payments and valuing completed work.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
* Experience in the Civil engineering sector
* Degree qualified in civil engineering or quantity surveying or HND/HNC
* Living in or around the Cheshire area.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration
* Salary £30,000 – £42,000DOE
* Dependant on experience
