HR Advisor

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

Dedicate Recruitment is pleased to be working in partnership with this Outstanding rated school in Sutton, which is seeking an exceptional HR Advisor to join their support team.

Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, you will be instrumental in provided a transparent and consistent HR support line to all teaching, support, and Executive staff on a day to day basis.

This diverse role ranges from various day to day HR generalist duties from policy review, advising on attendance, staff pay and pensions to managing more complex Employee Relations cases. You will work closely with the Head Teacher and Board of Trustees to support and implement strategic models across the school.

The successful candidate will be a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualified with previous experience of working within education, coupled with a sound working knowledge of the Burgundy & Green book. You will be a self-starter with excellent people skills, and a clear communicator in directing and advising staff on a range of HR issues.

This is a term time only role plus 3 weeks.
