We are in need of a fabulous administrator who can look after a great bunch of recruiters, assisting them with database queries and technical issues. In the main, ensuring the staff are using the data base to it’s full potential! Training new starters to the business as well as holding on-going training sessions for the team when improvements and changes are made to the system. With offices based around the globe there will be the possibility of future travel to these offices. Not your average admin role, a very rewarding one requiring a great muli-tasker!

To work alongside the Marketing and Operations team to ensure effective management of all group in-house database systems and processes.

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for the performance, integrity and security of the database system. Also involved in the planning and development of the database as well as troubleshooting any issues on behalf of the users.

– Monitor performance of all users and raise issues as and when needed with user

– Maintain data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act;

– Write database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions

– Control access permissions and privileges;

– Develop, manage and test new features

– Run, analyse and present reports on database content and usage

– Coordinate and work with third party suppliers

– Liaise with the HR and Recruitment Officer on training needs

– Conduct induction training for all new employees

– Conduct on-going training with all users

– Communicate all new features and developments to all users

– Reconfigure software as and when needed to ensure it remains up to date and optimised

– CRM communication co-ordination and delivery

– Act as 1st Line support for all users

– To refer and manage all escalated queries
