Salary: £52,800 – £60,000 per year
Area Manager Physiotherapist – MSK – Central London – £52,800 – £60,000 per annum + bonus
Your management time will equate to 20% of your contracted hours.
Liquid Personnel is currently looking for an Area Manager Physiotherapist to join our client in Central London.
As a successful Area Manager Physiotherapist, you will be joining industry leaders in the London private physiotherapy market who have an excellent reputation for providing exceptional standards of physiotherapy, targeting the route of their clients problems.
You will take a leadership role in the running of the area and management of the therapy team at all sites within the area. You will be working within a multidisciplinary team, providing expert physiotherapy treatment to clients and develop the team’s focus.

What will you be doing as an Area Manager Physiotherapist in Central London?
- You will develop and maintains external relationships with the consultant networks
- You will undertake comprehensive assessments of clients to determine the condition of muscles, nerves, or joints in need of treatment
- You will plan and implement therapy to improve condition and/or reduce pain and develop appropriate care plans
- You will offer specialist advice and education on how to avoid injury and promote the client’s future health and well being
- You will evaluate clinical practice through reflection, audit, and outcome measures in order to continually improve the Physiotherapy service to clients
- You will record client notes and reports in line with HCPC standards
Essential requirements of this Area Manager Physiotherapist role:
- Qualified Physiotherapist, with extensive post qualified
- Extensive leadership experience with ideally a level 5 ILM or CMI,
- Extensive private MSK experience
- managing several clinics
- Connections with London’s surgeons/consultants will be ideal as they’ll be based in a brand-new location and will need to drive referrals.
