Part Time Candidate Resourcer

Salary: £26,000 per year

A good Resourcer has great communication skills able to share information with candidates matching them to the right role. Your ability to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease is key to our ability to understand a candidates priorities when finding a new role.

The role will require you to:

* Search for candidates, on a range of job boards and utilising social media, matching their skills and experience to our clients requirements.

* Call candidates to develop a full understanding of their experience and aspirations.

* Provide advice on the job market and opportunities.

* Prepare candidates CVs for presentation to the client.

* Arrange for suitable candidates to have a face to face consultation with a Consultant

Person specification:

1. Have good communication skills.

2. Be able to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease.

3. Be persuasive, persistent and patient.

4. Be able to cope with pressure.

5. Be flexible and adaptable.

6. Have a mature personality.

7. Have good organisational and administrative skills.

8. Strong Ms word skills and confident on social media and internet searching

The role is part time, and we are happy to discuss hours that work for the suitable candidate. Remote working could be an option
