HB Talent Consultants are a Specialist Outsourcing Business, providing resourcing, training and sales solutions to a range of industries. It’s not just what we do that our clients believe in, it’s how we do it.
Our team are Recruitment and Employment Law qualified with a combination in business consultancy, human resources, recruitment, marketing and sales. Due to the influx of clients, we are hiring a Part-Time Candidate Resourcer to source candidates for opportunities with our clients.
We have a 5 hour a week position available, extensive training and support is provided at all times. As the business grows – so will your role!

Responsibilities:
– Contacting potential candidates for HB Talent’s clients job opportunities
– Qualifying candidates against HB Talent’s client’s criteria
– Conducting telephone and zoom interviews with candidates
– Hitting agreed call numbers per day
– Utilising LinkedIn, online job boards and other online platforms to find candidates
Requirements:
– You MUST have RECENT Recruitment or Human Resources experience
– You MUST be a self-starter and motivated individual, able to remain focused in a remote position
– You will be highly experienced in a telephone-based role
