Facilities Coordinator

Salary: £45,600 – £48,000 per year

My client is looking for a respectable and regimented individual with the mindset and motivation to rise to a challenge of supervising and running an esteemed site in Hampshire.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and running of the site ensuring everything is in order with compliances
* Co-ordinate with your team who will be reporting directly into you, as well as co-ordinating operational delivery within the designated site areas
* Sit in on meetings with the client and be able to engage in conversation for smooth running of the site
* Be sure that the CMMS is used efficiently to apprehend all planned and reactive maintenance as well as general work requests onsite
* Responsible for maintenance on HVAC plant
* Deliver all FM Operations SLA’s in accordance with KPI & Output measurements
* To work alongside their team and support engineers with delivery of service
* Offer support to your colleagues, ensuring motivation and commitment to the client, contract and company
* Continuous monitoring and reviewing of permits and working practices
* Have a complete understanding of emergency procedures
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
* Engineering or technical qualification, ideally mechanical
* F gas engineering/ HVAC or technical abilities
* Client facing and strong ability to work well in a team and delegate tasks
* 5 years minimum prior experience in managing technical service delivery for hard and soft facilities
* Previous participation in dealing with supply partners to deliver a smooth, integrated service
* CMMS experience
