Estimator

Salary: £60,000 – £62,400 per year

We have an exciting and rarely available opportunity for a newly established commercial team in a newly formed region of a national house builder.

You will be working as part of the commercial team but also very closely with the land team to accurately estimate all build and associated costs to potential pieces of land for new prospective developments.

This is a permanent role but can be offered on a temp to perm basis for the right individual.

The ideal candidate will have worked for either a residential developer or main contractor and have extensive experience with new build housing sites.
