Wavehill IT offer outsourced IT support for Small to Medium sized business across London. We are looking for a fast learning ambitious IT support engineer to offer support on Windows Servers and Desktop either via remote helpdesk or on-site at clients London offices.

The role is mixed 1st, growing into 2nd line support, varied in technologies due to the number of networks and sectors we look after.

We are a small friendly team that offer a very personal service. As such the successful applicant will learn a lot very quickly and with that can expect to see their salary grow in relation.

The role would suit a natural IT problem solver who has background with Microsoft networks and technologies with Windows Server and Win Desktops. Or someone who has a genuine interest of computers who is keen to learn and build a career in IT support.

You will be required to answer calls and when confident go onsite to manage regular scheduled (weekly, monthly) onsite client visits. Feeding back ideas where you can see the benefits of change to improve technologies and help implement.

The role is with a view to grow your knowledge of network and cloud computing.

Excellent written and spoken communications skills along with being presentable are essential.

Deeper understanding of the below is advantageous:

* Windows Desktop support and installation

* Active Directory

* Windows Server installation,

* DHCP & DNS

* Virtualisation with Hyper-V

* Office 365 with Hosted Exchange migrations & administration

* Powershell

* Mac OS support would also be advantageous
