Nursing Home Manager
Hartlepool, Tees Side
£38,400 – £42,000 per annum (plus bonuses)
We are looking to recruit a full time nursing home manager to run medium sized private service catering for elderly residential, general nursing & dementia based in Hartlepool.
The home is part of a well established luxury care provider with similar services located throughout the region and nationwide. Successful candidates must have a proven track record as a nursing home manager, have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage a professional team of nurses and careers, have excellent financial/budgeting knowledge and the passion to deliver an excellent care service.
Candidates looking to apply must have experience as a nursing home manager or deputy, hold the RMA/LMC and NVQ 4 or be working towards. Candidates should also be nurse qualified.
